Senior Auditor (3-5 years' experience)
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Minimum 3 - 5 years of public accounting experience • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Possess an entrepreneurial “independent” attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for audit engagements, reviews, compilations, and special projects
- Audit planning and risk assessment
- Supervision of selected associates at client sites
- Inventory observations and walk through procedures
- Preparation of reporting for various private companies
- Review and Compilation reports
- 401k audit experience, a plus
Senior Accountant (3-5 years experience)
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree a plus • Minimum 3 - 5 years of public accounting experience • CPA Certification • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Possess an entrepreneurial “independent” attitude • Strong computer skills; proficient in Practice CS, Lacerte, and Quickbooks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare corporate, partnership, individual tax returns, and fiduciary returns
- Identify and execute tax planning opportunities
- Respond to IRS inquiries and tax notices
- Perform tax research on special projects as needed
- Deliver high quality service, while interacting and maintaining relationships with clients
- Prepare account analysis, bank and payroll reconciliations, & monthly journal entries
- Prepare trial balance, balance sheet and income statement reports
- Monitor and prepare monthly sales tax
- Client visits to perform accounting, tax and consulting services
- Mentor Interns
Certified Financial Planner
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelors Degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Financial Planning) • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Financial Planning industry • CFP credential • Knowledge of financial planning software including eMoney (a plus) • Ability to work some Saturdays and evenings for client meetings • Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in client meetings in collaboration with Wealth Advisor team
- Establish working relationships with clients during data gathering and planning process
- Financial plan preparation
- Formulating and implementing advice
- Prepare client communications, agendas, recaps, and recommendations
- Trade, monitor and rebalance portfolios
