Team Traphagen was up for the challenge - a sweaty Friday at Orangetheory in Hackensack with OTF's science-based approach to track the heart through 5 heart rate zones. An amazing way to challenge the heart with cardio and strength-training combined!

Summer Outing

End of Busy Season Celebration
After many weeks of long hours, the 2022 Busy Season finally came to an end! Team Traphagen celebrated the end of tax season by throwing axes and having some friendly competition at Bury the Hatchet Paramus!
FIT 4 FEBRUARY Wellness Program &Challenge
Team Traphagen participated in a Fit 4 February Program and Workplace Walk-Off Challenge hosted by Coach Kristin, Founder of Faith & Charis Fitness.
The Workplace Walk-Off Challenge took place in the month of February and encouraged all participants to take 10,000 steps or more for an opportunity to win giveaways and a grand prize to the overall winner!
Congratulations to our Top weekly Winners and our Grand Prize Winner Chris Chudyk with a total of 432,870 steps!

Traphagen participated in National Take Our Daughters And Sons to Work Day, and although many parents are now working from home, and kids learning from home due to measures taken to combat the COVID-19 pandemic...It was a huge success!
Annual Firm Picnic
Associates and their families gathered for a day of food, fun, and friendly competition. The day entailed a series of four events: Egg Toss, Sponge Relay Races, Crab Walk Race, and Donut Eating Contest!
