Meet the Operations Team

Our operations team tracks client positions and transactions, assists with reporting, and supports both the accounting and wealth management divisions. Technology team members manage Traphagen’s web and social networking presence. Our operations team is usually the first contact point for many of our clients and they are extremely helpful in day to day communication.

Carolynn attended New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business and received her BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, GA.

Carolynn is responsible for billing, collections and client engagement letters. She provides administrative support to the partners and maintains our Accounting Portal. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for some of the Nations top accounting, banking, fashion and entertainment firms in New York City, Los Angeles and Atlanta.

She spends her spare time volunteering at her children’s school, organizing special events, doing arts and crafts with the kids and sewing costumes for school productions. Carolynn loves to attend events for her children, who are involved in sports, the arts and theater.

As Client Service Specialist, Natalie serves as the firm’s receptionist, as well as providing additional administrative support as needed.  She also serves as editor of the firm Newsletter and is responsible for organizing corporate team-building events.  Natalie graduated magna cum laude from Grove City College, with a BA in Communications Studies and Biblical Studies.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as an administrative assistant at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company. 

Natalie is an avid reader, runner, and adventure-lover.  She has visited more than 20 countries and has traveled through over half of the United States.  Natalie also enjoys involvement at her local church.

Executive Assistant / Client Liaison

Emily Heron attended the Arts University College at Bournemouth and received her Bachelor’s in Theatre.  As an Executive Assistant, she is responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in all administrative and marketing functions.  As Client Liaison, Emily services new clients and their transition to TFG, providing a point of contact for any support the client may need. Emily also manages the firm’s social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including developing relevant content that will benefit our clients.

Prior to her position as Executive Assistant/Client Liaison, Emily worked as a Client Services Specialist for TFG, where she served as the firm’s receptionist.  While in this position she established TFG’s Firm Culture Initiative, which is a program designed to recognize employee milestones and accomplishments, as well as organizing corporate and team-building events.

Emily lived in England for ten years, and still visits friends and family there regularly.  She enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her loved ones – which includes too many animals.

Eneildaliz Noboa attended the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In addition, she has an AMA credential in Project Management and is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.  She has ten years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives. 

As an Executive Assistant, Eneildaliz is responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in all administrative and marketing functions. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in New York City where she was born and raised.

Eneildaliz enjoys reading, dining out, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family.  Eneildaliz now resides in Fair Lawn and is married with two children.

Marissa is responsible for but not limited to handling general telephone inquiries, maintaining client records and our paperless filing system, accounts receivables, coordinating and scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and client educational seminars and events. Marissa also processes the electronic filing of tax returns and client correspondence and mailings. Other current responsibilities include providing administrative support to Peter Traphagen Sr. and Peter Traphagen Jr. She is also involved with maintaining the firm’s website and social media accounts.

Marissa enjoys reading, spending time with family & friends, running, her dog Zoey, and football. She also volunteers her time with the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge.

Client Services Manager

Christine Moran joined the Traphagen team in 2000. As Client Services Manager, she is responsible for billing, collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and an endless list of administrative duties. Prior to joining the Traphagen team, she gained her experience at VF Corporation where she worked for over 10 years in administration, sales, and marketing.

Chris enjoys walking, cooking, baking, reading, shopping, and above all spending time with her family. Chris is happily married with two beautiful daughters, Katie and Grace; they reside in Oradell.
