Our operations team tracks client positions and transactions, assists with reporting, and supports both the accounting and wealth management divisions. Technology team members manage Traphagen’s web and social networking presence. Our operations team is usually the first contact point for many of our clients and they are extremely helpful in day to day communication.
Eneildaliz Noboa attended the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, she has an AMA credential in Project Management and is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey. She has extensive experience in supporting C-level executives and overseeing organizational operations.
As the Director of Administration, Eneildaliz is responsible for supporting the Managing Partner, and coordinating the firm's administrative operations, with oversight across HR, client services, office management, and marketing. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in New York City where she was born and raised.
Eneildaliz is married with two children and enjoys reading, dining out, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family.
Christine Moran joined the Traphagen team in 2000. As Client Services Manager, she is responsible for billing, collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and an endless list of administrative duties. Prior to joining the Traphagen team, she gained her experience at VF Corporation where she worked for over 10 years in administration, sales, and marketing.
Chris enjoys walking, cooking, baking, reading, shopping, and above all spending time with her family. Chris is happily married with two beautiful daughters, Katie and Grace; they reside in Oradell.
Carolynn attended New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business and received her BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, GA.
Carolynn is responsible for billing, collections and client engagement letters. She provides administrative support to the partners and maintains our Accounting Portal. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for some of the Nations top accounting, banking, fashion and entertainment firms in New York City, Los Angeles and Atlanta.
She spends her spare time volunteering at her children’s school, organizing special events, doing arts and crafts with the kids and sewing costumes for school productions. Carolynn loves to attend events for her children, who are involved in sports, the arts and theater.
Anastasia Georgakenas attended the University of West Attica also known as T.E.I. of Athens – Greece and received her bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management with a minor in accounting. In addition, she acquired her Microsoft Office Specialist certification in 2017 and has attended seminars for health and safety in Workplace Environmental Safety Management as well as Advanced Workplace Safety Audits. Anastasia has 25 years of experience working in fast paced organizations in Athens Greece and New Jersey.
As an Administrative assistant Anastasia is responsible for providing administrative support to all accounting staff as well as client services.
Anastasia enjoys traveling, listening to music, going to rock concerts, she is a huge Sting fan and has seen him perform live dozens of times in different cities throughout Europe and the USA. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Anastasia moved from Greece in 2018 with her husband, her three sons and their German Shepherd Xena. She currently lives in West Orange with her youngest son as her two older ones are away in college.
Nabila is a graduate from William Paterson University in New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. She has extensive experience in Operations and Quality Assurance.
Nabila is responsible for providing operational support to partners and the wealth advisor team, client onboarding that includes account opening, funding, and ensuring all client needs are met and existing client support. In addition, she also manages client cash distributions and participates in client meetings in collaboration with the wealth advisor team.
Nabila enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cooking.
Cindy is a versatile professional with a background in veterinary assistance, sales/marketing, event planning, and operations. A Communications and Business graduate of the University of Rhode Island, she holds a certification as a Veterinary Assistant and has gained diverse experience across multiple industries, including Veterinary services, event planning and the coffee industry as a barista.
Cindy excels in customer service and operational efficiency. In addition to her professional expertise, she is also a skilled event planner, professional organizer, marketing strategist, always striving to deliver memorable experiences.
Outside of work, Cindy is an avid coffee enthusiast and the proud owner of a mobile coffee cart business. When not serving up the perfect brew, she enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spoiling her Cattle Dog Mix, Beau.
Jennifer is a graduate from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Method and Economics. She has extensive experience in database management, analysis and client support.

Jennifer resides in Oradell and is married with three children. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is half-way through her quest to see all 63 National Parks.
Isabel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a minor in Special Education from Saint Joseph's University and is certified in Praxis 5025. With a passion for fostering growth and development in young learners, Isabel has accumulated diverse teaching and childcare experience.
As an Operations Associate, Isabel has assisted in various roles within the firm, demonstrating adaptability and commitment. She is responsible for providing administrative support to all wealth management associates, as well as client services.
Isabel enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking/baking, spending time with her family, as well as singing and listening to music.
Sasha and her family immigrated here from Russia in 1999 and taught her the value of perseverance and hard work. Through her passion for helping others and public service, she completed a Psychology degree at SUNY Plattsburgh.
She has worked in a myriad of industries including Pediatrics and Veterinary Medicine both during and after her education. Her extensive office experience has provided the perfect foundation for providing excellent client service.
In her free time, you can find her at a car meet, working on her car, at a rock show or hanging out with her 2 feline friends Quake and Storm.
