Meet the Operations Team

Our operations team tracks client positions and transactions, assists with reporting, and supports both the accounting and wealth management divisions. Technology team members manage Traphagen’s web and social networking presence. Our operations team is usually the first contact point for many of our clients and they are extremely helpful in day to day communication.

Client Service Specialist / Receptionist

As the Client Service Specialist, Natalia serves as the firm’s receptionist, as well as providing additional administrative support as needed.  She also serves as editor of the firm Newsletter and is responsible for organizing corporate team-building events.  Prior to joining the firm, Natalia worked as a receptionist for a mass-tort litigation class action law firm as well as an office manager for a nation-wide real estate firm.

On her free time, Natalia enjoys watching true crime documentaries, doing arts & crafts with her daughter, traveling to vineyards, collecting various wines & wine glasses, and spending time with her family & friends! She currently resides in Little Ferry with her boyfriend, daughter & their dog, Milo.

Client Services Manager

Christine Moran joined the Traphagen team in 2000. As Client Services Manager, she is responsible for billing, collection, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and an endless list of administrative duties. Prior to joining the Traphagen team, she gained her experience at VF Corporation where she worked for over 10 years in administration, sales, and marketing.

Chris enjoys walking, cooking, baking, reading, shopping, and above all spending time with her family. Chris is happily married with two beautiful daughters, Katie and Grace; they reside in Oradell.

Eneildaliz Noboa attended the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In addition, she has an AMA credential in Project Management and is a Notary Public for the State of New Jersey.  She has ten years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives. 

As an Executive Assistant, Eneildaliz is responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in all administrative and marketing functions. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in New York City where she was born and raised.

Eneildaliz enjoys reading, dining out, shopping, and spending time with her friends and family.  Eneildaliz now resides in Fair Lawn and is married with two children.

Carolynn attended New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business and received her BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, GA.

Carolynn is responsible for billing, collections and client engagement letters. She provides administrative support to the partners and maintains our Accounting Portal. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for some of the Nations top accounting, banking, fashion and entertainment firms in New York City, Los Angeles and Atlanta.

She spends her spare time volunteering at her children’s school, organizing special events, doing arts and crafts with the kids and sewing costumes for school productions. Carolynn loves to attend events for her children, who are involved in sports, the arts and theater.

Anastasia Georgakenas attended the University of West Attica also known as T.E.I. of Athens – Greece and received her bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management with a minor in accounting. In addition, she acquired her Microsoft Office Specialist certification in 2017 and has attended seminars for health and safety in Workplace Environmental Safety Management as well as Advanced Workplace Safety Audits. Anastasia has 25 years of experience working in fast paced organizations in Athens Greece and New Jersey. 

As an Administrative assistant Anastasia is responsible for providing administrative support to all accounting staff as well as client services. 

Anastasia enjoys traveling, listening to music, going to rock concerts, she is a huge Sting fan and has seen him perform live dozens of times in different cities throughout Europe and the USA. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Anastasia moved from Greece in 2018 with her husband, her three sons and their German Shepherd Xena.  She currently lives in West Orange with her youngest son as her two older ones are away in college.

Jennifer is a graduate from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Method and Economics.  She has extensive experience in database management, analysis and client support.

As an Administrative & Operations Associate, Jennifer is responsible for providing operational support to partners and the wealth advisor team, client onboarding that includes account opening, funding, and ensuring all client needs are met and existing client support.  In addition, she also manages client cash distributions and participates in client meetings in collaboration with the wealth advisor team.   

Prior to joining the Firm, she worked for some of the nations top publishing, e-commerce and insurance companies in New York, Chicago and Boston.

Jennifer resides in Oradell and is married with three children.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is half-way through her quest to see all 63 National Parks.
