Act of Kindness #46

Eric Mancini, CPA, CFP®, CAIA, Jeffrey Hanson, CPA, PFS, AEP, CFP, Christopher Fundora, CFP, CRPS, and Alex Macchio, CFP, with Traphagen CPAs & Wealth Advisors taught an adult education course for Bergen Community College’s “Institute for Learning in Retirement” program.  Eric, Jeffrey, Christopher, and Alex presented a lecture, “Financial Strategies for Retirees,” for adults who are nearing or in retirement. Their presentation covered various financial planning strategies, including investment management, insurance, tax planning, and estate planning.

The Lois E. Marshall Institute for Learning In Retirement (ILR) at Bergen Community College is a program for adults, 55 years and older, who want to keep learning about the past, present, their world, themselves, and one another. Members of the Institute can attend a range of courses taught by fellow members and experts from the larger community, ranging from academic to cultural studies. The organization provides a space for members to exchange ideas, share experiences, and gain intellectual stimulation.
